Focuses of the year

Focuses of the year:

1.      To motivate students to learn Putonghua: We encourage student participation with a wide range of in-class learning activities, such as speaking, songs sharing and situational interaction. Also, we promote a vivid learning atmosphere by Putonghua Day activities in school.

2.      To foster self-learning ability: We encourage students to pursue excellence by participating in inter-school competitions and speech festivals.

3.      Tp enhance cultural exchange: We have launched different sister schools exchange programs to enhance the cultural exchange with mainland China and to widen the horizons of students.

4.      To train our Putonghua ambassadors: We train Putonghua ambassadors to promote Putonghua in school. Their duties including: hosting morning broadcasts, organizing Putonghua Day activities and cultural exchange events.
